Jonah 1:15, “So they picked up Jonah and hurled him into the sea, and the sea ceased from its raging.”
Christ is the True Jonah. He was thrown into the sea of God’s wrath on the cross, and with His dying breath, “the sea ceased from its raging” for all those who love and trust Him.
